Jennifer is a serial entrepreneur, a former corporate manager with experiences in Europe, USA, and Canada, and an Economist by trade.

A mother of two, who understands the power of sisterhood and women supporting women. We can do it all, but only if we have each other’s back.

Fun fact? Early on, Jennifer was a professional fashion model living and working in markets as Miami, Paris, Tokyo, Istanbul, China, India and others.

Ivana Hajzman

Managing Director & Visual Storyteller

Ivana brings 15 years of experience in the non-profit sector, working on social and humanitarian causes around the world, including female empowerment and equality.

She is a founder of two businesses: telling stories of women, and connecting nature&adventure through audiovisual content.
Her passion is to make women's stories visible, climb mountains and endure through sport, to represent women in arenas still dominated by men.

Josephine Hylen

Creative Producer

Josephine is a Creative Producer with experience at global entertainment companies for Nordic, UK and East European markets, producing content for television and digital platforms.

With degrees in Scriptwriting for Film & TV and Marketing, she blends creative & strategic skills - you can check out her work on her web hylencreative.com .
